Processing Time
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be processed. If an order comes in after 3:00PM CT the order will be processed the following business day.
  • *Keep in mind holidays and non business days do not count on our processing and shipping times.*

Shipping

  • Shipping is available throughout USA only.
  • When package is shipped out please allow an additional 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered.

    Incorrect Information Provided

    • If customer provides incorrect information at check out and the package is sent back we will issue HALF of the subtotal refund which means there's no refund on the shipping cost.
    • If customer chooses customer pick up at check out and their information does not match our local information the order will be canceled.
    • We are not responsible of packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer providing incorrect information.

    Sent backs

    • If the package for some reason is sent back we will issue HALF of the subtotal refund which means there's no refund on the shipping cost.

    Package Arriving Late

    • Please be aware that as soon as the package is picked up from Lukitas Candy Shop we no longer have access to your package. Any natural disaster, protest, or high covid cases areas may cause a delay on your order. We are not responsible for the inconvenience since it is out of our control.

    Tracking Number

    • Customer will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is ready to ship out. Please allow 24 hours for the status to change.
    • *Please make sure to track your order we are not responsible of any lost or stolen packages.*

    Returns

    • We do not accept any returns due to our products being food.
    • If incase there's a refund that has to be issued to a customer we will refund HALF of the subtotal which excludes the shipping label cost.

    Hot Weather

    • Lukas Candy Shop is not responsible for any melted candy in this warm weather. We try to ship out items Priority to reduce time out in the heat. A tracking number is also sent when package is shipped out that way the customer is aware when the package will be delivered. *Please make arrangements to receive package once it's delivered.*
